MotoGP » 'We have nothing to lose' - Lorenzo ready to take risks

Lets all hope that if it rains or stays dry they give us a show like Lowes and Shakey did... Remember Pedrosa might have something to say about the outcome of the race. I can not see him overly helping Marquez as I wouldn't think he's at the top of his christmas card list right now! Plus I think us real bike fans would love to see it go down to the last race so Lorenzo 1st, Pedrosa, Rossi 3rd and Marquez 4th would make the last race perfect viewing....

MotoGP » Pedrosa poised to become second highest scorer

Dani has been very unlucky in his career so far and could have had at least 1 championship. He has easily pushed Marquez as hard this season as he pushed Stoner over both seasons when not injured. That race at the Sachsenring in 2012 was Pedrosa showing Stoner how to ride and the onboard footage from Pedrosa's bike before he went on to win is one of the best 1 lap vids ever.....

MotoGP » Marc Marquez explains Phillip Island black flag

TrueFan- Your right and wrong, right about Marquez, as he was completely in the wrong the way he entered the track after the pit stop and should have kept to the his side of the track until they were past as he knew he could get up to speed in time. "Here's a thought, what if he had already worked out he had F*$% up and was most likely to be out of the race and deliberately put himself on the racing line in the way of Lorenzo hoping a small bit on contact could have Lorenzo down. He is then 0 points and so is Lorenzo. Title on its way!" Regarding the Black flag for Marquez, this was totally correct as looking at the state of his rear tyre from the first part of the race (11 laps instead of 10 that was meant to be the max) it could have disintegrated at any point on that final lap and that could have killed him or another rider etc... and that is a serious safety issue and the reason the rules were put in place for the race. Don't get me wrong I think Marquez is going to be stunnin

666mrkensei666- I didn't say the footage shows him missing his pitboard, I said the footage shows Marquez's pitboard showing the same amount of laps on the count down as Lorenzo's pitboard was showing when they were both on the same lap as each other which must of meant he either missed his teams signals or simply forgot. It clearly shows from that footage that at the end of the next lap "12 laps to go" they would have both been shown L2 at the same time. Pedrosa came in at the end of that lap after Marquez was shown that piboard with L2 as they were clearly going to bring Marquez in on the lap after Pedrosa's stop but Marquez did not come in until another 2 laps later, 1 after Lorenzo as Lorenzo followed the instructions of the L2 signal..

MotoGP » Marc Marquez explains Phillip Island black flag

The race footage shown by Euro Sport appears to show it was simply Marquez missing his pit board signal and Honda are covering up the mistake to protect their rider. Their footage shows at the end of "13 laps to go" Lorenzo's pit board being shown as all 3 of them go over the star/finish line together saying L3, i.e.. 3 laps to go before you pit. They then show after all 3 riders have gone around Doohans Honda changing Marquez's pit board to read L2 for when he next goes by which would be the same amount of laps shown for Lorenzo on that next lap. This means they were meant to come in together! Lorenzo pits 3 laps after this L3 was shown so it looks like Marquez simply missed the pit board or got sucked into the race and simply forgot as his body language when he gets off the bike does not appear to show it was a team error but more his own...
