F1 » Force India confirms ‘exciting’ Aston Martin talks

JJJ: So Diageo is leaving the sinking ship as well... If Honda goes ahead and supplies engines to RBR next year how long till McLaren folds?
I wonder what you could find out if you googled "diageo mallya $135m" Could it be more than just a rebrand?
Very interesting, mrfill. Looks like a Mallya firm screwed Diageo on a $135 Million loan.....
Not exactly what happened. I think you misunderstood - the banks prevented the shares from moving, as a result of an ongoing investigation which I believe was recently cleared up.

F1 » F1 refuelling return proposed for 2017

I'm going to play Devil's advocate here. This idea is terrible and it will result in less overtaking on track, and the races will be MORE about pit strategies. FIA ban refuelling, bring it back, ban it again and now bring it back. Shows you what a state the sport is in and how desperate the FIA is. But hey, maybe I'll be proven wrong, I sure hope so. If previous years are anything to go on, refuelling wasnt an idea they should've addressed.

F1 » Michelin confirms interest in F1 return

As it is we have teams and engine manufacturers that only care about their own interests. The last thing F1 needs is a tire war to fuel the already raging fire of egos. The 2005 USGP is still fresh in my mind, and to be frank Pirelli have been doing a fantastic job by following every instruction the FIA have given them. Of course, Indianapolis isn't used anymore as a track, but my point isn't with regards to Michelin's capability. I have confidence that they'll deliver. The issue I see is with regards to what happened that weekend what with Ferrari's "Oh sucks for you, you should've had Bridgestones."
