F1 » Marussia helped by Kobayashi uncertainty

RDix: All of you are complaining about Bianchi but he's every bit as talented as Kamui, maybe more. I'm a fan of both and they both deserve better rides over the likes of Sutil, Gutierrez, maldo, maybe Magnussn and Button. F1 is in a sad state now. They should have done whatever it took to keep Toyota and Honda in the sport as works teams they there would be seats worthy of these drivers. Kamui should have taken the Ferrari sports car ride at least he'd be getting paid and Ferrari tends to be loyal so he may have thrown away a career long dive for a partial season in an F1 car that couldn't even win an indycar race.
We are not complaining, only some of us think the move he made wasn't fair, however, at least that make us remember something about him this year, as I think he isn't as impressive as he was last year, didn't Maxi get a lot closer to him this year?

F1 » Marussia helped by Kobayashi uncertainty

BoufieWolf: Ryan, point taken. Would he want to go back there though? I always thought it was a daft descision after they let Perez go to Macca to drop him. I don't rate the two at Sauber much in comparison. Money talks though and can Kamui bring sponsors?
I don't think there is any hard feeling between KK and Sauber, since they lost Perez's money, they have to take on another pay driver, not sure why they replaced KK with the Hulk though.

F1 » Marussia helped by Kobayashi uncertainty

BoufieWolf: Sauber are in the doldrums, Caterham seem to be dying a death and could take KK with them. I've been a fan of his since he burst onto the scene in '09, this is no way to treat a driver of his standing. I don't think Honda will lend a hand though as KK was a Toyota man. Just my opinion though.
i was actually thinking will Sauber taking KK for couple remaining races, they got more chance to score any points this season with KK than their current line-up IMO.

F1 » Marussia helped by Kobayashi uncertainty

richard: mustafur. you are right. bianchi would not have scored points in monaco, if koby had been successful in taking him out! have a look again....koba made THREE attempts to turn into bianchi.
Only when Bianchi DROVE INTO the caterham and PUSH Kobay out of the way. if the caterham not there, Bianchi will not able to stop the car (you only need to look at where the Marussia's nose pointing as he going into the corner, he aimed at the Caterham not the corner itself) . Make me more amazed why KM got the penalty at Monza and Bianchi got away with it, crazy!!!

F1 » Magnussen admits to penalty frustration

Fullofit: "Allowing" the car to drift towards the curb on corner exit is the most abused type of forcing another driver off the track in motorsport ... but it is nothing more than on track bullying that deserves to be punished.
Bottas try to overtake from the outside, to make it work, he has to fully ahead going into the corner (just like when Lewis passing Massa) which he wasn't, they going into the corner side by side since Magnussen was on the inside, the car on the outside will also risking losing the front wing or running out of track, just like so many incidents we saw from the last couple races. so what you suggest Magnussen should do? stop in the middle of the corner and wave Bottas by? he might as well stay at home if he did that.

F1 » Magnussen admits to penalty frustration

Check the rules as they are written, not the way you understand them or would like them to be to suit your personal wishes.
Not sure what you trying to say as you have nothing supporting your statement other than asked me to read the rule... what rules? As I said they going into the corner side by side, KM on the insdie and VB will run out of track OR losing his front wing, end of, VB should give up the move before he turn in but he decided to cut the corner, which it fine, it was his choice, but giving a penalty to KM is harsh as he has done nothing wrong at all.

F1 » Hamilton recovers to win after Rosberg error

here4thesun2: Great race by Hamilton. Got the job done. Rosberg, ... we'll chat later. Massa - how's that feel. Bottas, Ricciardo, and Perez - great drives. Kobayashi anyone?
Well clear of Bianchi and he was hunting down the Sauber before his pit stop, great drive, shame we might not see him in a f1 car again this year, in fact, might be the last time we see the Caterham, will they make it to Singapore?
