Isn''t there a typo here - shouldn''t it read "Puig ruins Repsol Honda."

Palmer 'delighted' not to be hosting WSBK
I haven't heard so much blatant spin since Blair and Campbell were doing it back in 2003.

Mansell: My F1 title worth more than Hamilton's
2 agree.
1 disagrees.
I seem to remember Mansell practically winning everything that year - didn't he win the first 5 races on the bounce ? His car was soooooo much better than everything else plus hadn't Prost taken a year off aware being fired by Ferrari the previous year. And Honda didn't power the Mclaren in 1993 so they probably weren't developing the engine during the previous year. Nigel - just let your record stand and keep quiet

Haga delighted with instant Ducati success
5 agree.
It was alluded in the Eurosport commentary that Haga needs to rack up the points this year to win the championship rather than risk chucking his bike down the track to force a win. I think Spies will be his main competitor and Haga needs to be on top form to beat him.

Spies makes amends with race two win
6 agree.
I thought Ben Spies was polite and gracious after his win. Paid tribute to his fellow podium mates, thanked his team and sponsors. Looked slightly overwhelmed - but then again he had just completed 2 competitive races. NO people skill problems - in fact better than many of the unsporting hotheads on this forum

Kawasaki becomes Hayate.
8 agree.
This is so unconvincing and a sign of a company doing no more than meet its contractual commitments to save a big fine.

Spies makes 'big bang' with victory debut
2 agree.
Trouble is Mladin will never silence those critics whilst he stays in the AMA. Many people feel he has taken the soft option and he is racing in a series which is well in his comfort zone. At least Spies has taken the plunge and on today's showing he's the dogs d00dahs !! Ben - if you are going to Motogp - get a proper factory ride - the Tech3 Yam is not a proper factory bike and you will suffer like Colin and James already do!

Andretti backs grandson for USF1 berth
Michael Andretti never had the chance to get used to all the new F1 tracks plus he was up against Senna, Prost and that Schumacher chap. He's been far more successful as a team owner than as a driver. Anyway - this is all tittle-tattle. According to an IRL podcast I was listening to - Danica has never shown any real interest in F1 - but lets not let this get in the way of padding out the headlines in an otherwise barren period.

Andretti backs grandson for USF1 berth
3 agree.
1 disagrees.
Yesterday it was Danica being touted for the seat and today it is Andretti junior junior. Neither of them set the world alight and both would drown in F1. The bigger problem is there are few US open-wheel racers about nowadays - I can name Graham Rahal plus this Andretti kid and that is that. Anyone who can drive a car reasonably well ends up in Nascar.

Danica: F1 interest 'flattering', but happy in America
1 agrees.
Either way Danica is not good enough to race F1. And I also think by taking her clothes off is she doing anything positive to encourage women drivers into top line motor sport ? Or are the IRL happy to let her do this as she gives them column inches between the running of the Indy500's! Perhaps we should just concentrate on her as a racing driver and ignore the glamour bits......or just her bits

Her tanrums in F1 would be interesting !! But to be realistic - she is hardly top dog in the IRL and would be somewhere towards the back in F1. Scott Dixon would be a better candidate to race in F1 but I think that door has now closed to him.
