Are USF1 obliged to take a North American driver ? Other than Villeneuve - cant think of anyone from that neck of the woods who would be a suitable candidate - says something about the state of open wheel racing in North America at the current time.

Please do not get into a debate about the BSB being for British riders when they all ride on Japanese machines. The problem is BSB lost so many good riders to WSS/WSB there is a shortage of championship winning riders. Guintoli has effectively gone and so its an Airwaves walk in the park. Even HM plant have been scratching around and it shows. I would like to see Brendan Roberts on an HM Plant Honda because he is championship winning material and not because he is an Ozzie. I hope he gets a good ride in BSB to rebuild his confidence.
