NASCAR Newscast: Homestead

Carl Edwards won the battle at Homestead Miami Speedway, but Jimmie Johnson won the war to secure the 2008 NASCAR Sprint Cup crown for the third successive season.

Edwards took win number nine for the season, but still fell 69 points short of halting Johnson's run of titles.
