Get rid of "Digger", and the Digger cam. Show more in-car camera and Fire the idiot running the joystick for the in-car cameras. Point those cameras straight....if you want to see to the side, show a different view. Jeez an untrained monkey could direct the broadcast better than Fox. Get some people in there who actually know a little about racing.....make them drive a "sim", so they have an idea of whats going on.Fox is pissing a lot of hard core NASCAR fans OFF. You are trying to cater to an audience you DON'T have.Try listening to the fans you have or they will continue to leave you in droves.

It's the advertising!!

I turn the volume off and listen to the race on XM (satellite radio) on one of the driver channels. There's no (or minimal) advertising on those channels, just an artificial noise intended to sound like a race car during the ads. Consequently I'm completely aware of how long and often the ads are.

One lap of racing, three laps of advertising. Way too common, and way to much advertising. The continuity of tracking your driver is totally lost, and unless your driver is the #88 or in the top three or four, you have no idea how he moved from 13th to 7th during those three laps of advertising.

It's the racing! What's the point of watching all season...even though I do...when the only races that really count are the last 10? The biggest mistake NASCAR has made is this stupid chase to the race or race to the chase. It's a points game now...drivers, teams, whatever are more concerned about making it to the top 10 for the last 10 races. Let's go back to the REAL racing when points didn't matter.

It's the economy stupid. Does anyone watch basketball anymore? Is the UAW & Obama influencing the ratings since Fox News is against the auto bailout?

FOX can't be so dumb as to wonder why... 2 words DW & Digger. We listen to MRN and watch some of the race.

Getting rid of DW and his continuous fawning over Kyle Busch would be a huge step toward a more enjoyable viewing experience. There are 42 other drivers on the track every week but we only get constant updates on his baby boy. Busch has the worst attitude/persona of any of the top drivers and yet that's who DW (and by extention FOX) spotlights with nauseating regularity. The immature, self-centered "star" of the broadcast only appeals to those bandwagoners who jump to whoever is on a winning streak. A 600% increase in sales of gear sounds great but only if the numbers were impressive to begin with. All DW is doing is making an already unpopular driver more so and ruining your broadcast.

Dale Jr. should be cleaning helmets for Kyle Busch. That's the closest Jr. will ever get to a championship. Unless he gets the "call" from Nascar.

I think that people are sick of Kyle Busch. I hate the way he talk about the fans, he does not need us. well I don't need them. When Kyle is winning I tun off the race. I hate to hear him talk. He likes to mess with the fans at the race track, and I am sick of his ugly face. Sure you bring up all the nice things he does but its a little to late. I am also sick of the media picking on Dale Jr. (yes, I am proud Jr. fan). He's not the only one having a off season. He will figure it out, and will be winning soon. For me its the same race every week. Dega was a great race because it was different, but every other race you could close your eyes and it sounds just like the week before. Boring.

I enjoy watching the pre-race, though I have many things to do I usually do my stuff around pre-race that away when the race actually starts i'm done and can physically watch the race. I don't mind digger since my daughter actually likes him and she does pop in every now and again to see where our driver is. DW's Boggity Boggity Boggity! Gotta love that. I most of the time watch the "in-car audio" from the drivers, so that would be why I am not on fox all the time, but that is hard to keep up with the field and I just pop in and out.
Keep it up guys! Love my RACING!! :)

The main reason I don't watch as avidly as I used too is because of the new car. Driving a tank that takes a shot and keeps going is not racing. Don't get me wrong, I accept the safety features but there are times when a car smacks the wall HARD and comes back to be a contender in the end. It used to be if you wreck you're out. Now that's racin'.
Yeah, Lose Digger, DW's Boggity Boogity, and Larry's Pull those belts tight ONE more time.
All of these are crap and haven't caught on.
And have you noticed all of the lame cliches. There don't seem to be an original thought from any of the commentators.
