Ferrari paid him last year around $ 20 million to NOT race in F1, hence he's allready got a sponsor.
Perhaps they may paint that bloody racing truck italian racing rosso and add some prancing horses!

He should use that money to run at Indy next month where he would actually have a chance of winning a couple of million dollars. Because he could win in an Indy car with a month of practice but won't be close after 4 or 5 NASCAR truck races. And he would be on such a prestigious list of racers who have won an F1 title and the Indy 500.

I am both a nascar and f1 fan not to mention ferrari is my fav team. If kimi wanted to run at indy he would have but he has chosen to go the nascar route and who better for him to learn about the trucks than kyle busch. I think its good for nascar to have former f1 drivers come to nascar because it will open up a new fan base and hopefully bring more sponsorship into the sport which is what we need in all 3 of nascar's series. I can't wait to see how kimi does at charlotte next month. Look at montoya it took him a few yrs to get the hang of it but he runs up front every weekend and is only amount of time b4 he gets his first oval win. I think kimi with his f1 and rally background has the ability to eventually compete once he gets seat time. I think its a win/win.

$100,000- thats loose change for Raikkonen. Even $1,000,000- he could still afford. Its still someone elses (err,,,Ferrari) money. It could be better spent on other projects and an entry for the 'Greatest Spectacle In Racing' (INDY 500)!!! Also he looks a right clown in that head gear.

If this is true, good for him. It is money he has earned & there are a lot worse ways he could spend it. :) He has already picked up a sponsor. :) According to another site, he ran 400 laps on Mon. & Tues. & he put up impressive lap times, & he is enjoying himself. :) Life is good!

This man is really enjoying all kinds of motorsport. Wouldn't be surprised if he joined some go-kart race or even motocross just for fun.
