NASCAR owner-driver Kyle Busch has been to court and received his sentence for being clocked doing 128mph in a 45mph zone in May in a high performance sports car.

At that sort of speed here in the UK it would be an automatic disqualification and a hefty fine. Would be longer and more than he got particilarly as it was in a built-up area.

Although his lawyer makes a good argument about sentencing, the fact remains that as a professional he should know better.

As a professional he should know that that speeds are dangerous, even on a closed track.

This little punk is lucky he lives in this day in age. He should have been stripped bare and horse whipped with a wet salted whip! The only way these smart azzed punks learn!
