Here's the scene:'Stock cars', ironically, can't drive in rain. The '500' has become the 'Timex 37 hours'. Drunk Hillbillys restless. Track Bosses say "lets liven things up"!Lets drive tractor trailers around filled with jet fuel and a helio engine whilst cars are running at a 100 mpr catching the 'safety car'. Bubba sees villn',er, Montoya, takes deer rifle and shoots out his tires.(Whats a Juan doin in our race anyway!).Flames erupt, croud cheers, buy three more hours of beer. All happy, ceptn' Bubba, no trophy. Procession race ends in procession. Track Boss considers DRS zone for next year. HANG IN THERE JUAN.

How did we not see this coming? Not the first time Montoya's gone a little fast under caution.... anyone remember Monaco '04 with Schumacher in the tunnel?

Very pleased Duane Barnes and Juan Pablo escaped alive without serious injury. Come on Juan it would be good to see you win on an oval this year and hope the season passes without more serious accidents to anyone.

Dear Walrus909. My suggestion to you sir is (a) don't watch (b)watch your processions in F1 (c) try not to comment on things you know nothing about.

@ Don. Don't watch? I was there, got home at 4:30 am. I am a fan of all motorsports, preferably roadracing. My point was the absurdity, that no other racing form would allow trucks full of jet fuel lumbering around the track whilst back markers running at half speed (at Night in Fog) play dodge the truck. Do you get it?
We just lost Dan Weldon due to inept track Bosses decisions, What, do watch for the crashes? PS the hillbilly humor was a stretch, I was delerious from lack of sleep.
