Jeff Gordon has received a heavy fine and points deduction for his on-track retaliation against Clint Bowyer at Phoenix, with other sanctions also being handed out elsewhere.

I understand why NASCAR gave this penalty to Jeff Gordon, but I think it's wrong, they should have banned him!
What he did doesn't show a lot of respect towards others and for a 'sportsman' a bad, very bad thing to do.
