Cup - Pocono - Friday practice

Ryan Newman set the fastest time of the day in the Friday practice sessions ahead of Sunday's Good Sam RV Insurance 500 Sprint Cup race at Pocono Raceway.
Ryan Newman's lap time of 52.933s was the fastest of the two Friday sessions at Pocono Raceway, with Kasey Kahne topping the timesheets in the later afternoon session with a 53.725s on the 2.5 mile unique "tri-oval" circuit in Pennsylvania.

Recovering from his midweek testing accident, Penske's Brad Keselowski was tenth fastest in the midday session and eighth in the afternoon session.
