Nationwide - Richmond - Race results

Kyle Busch managed to edge out long-time race leader Carl Edwards at the final restart and went on to win the Friday night Virginia 529 College Savings 250 at Richmond.
Kyle Busch got off pit road first at the last of six cautions in the Virginia 529 College Savings 250 at Richmond International Raceway, and when longtime leader Carl Edwards got hung up in traffic Busch was able to push home the advantage and stay in front for his eighth series win in 2011 and the 51st of his Nationwide career.

It wasn't the usual sort of swaggering performance from Busch, who admitted that he didn't think he'd had the car to win: "I thought at first we were probably a third- or fourth-place car, and then kind of worked on it and made it a second- or third-place car."

The race saw collisions between polesitter Brad Keselowski and Danica Patrick, and Kevin Harvick getting into Trevor Bayne.
