Nationwide - Chicagoland - Race results

Brad Keselowski had a remarkably dominant run to victory over Carl Edwards in the Saturday afternoon Dollar General 300 Nationwide Series race at Chicagoland Speedway.
Brad Keselowski got the best start to his Chicago weekend, with victory in the Dollar General 300 Nationwide Series race at Chicagoland Speedway on the day before he makes his track d├ębut as a Chase contender.

Keselowski dominated the two hour race and led for an impressive 158 of the 200 laps on his way to his third Nationwide victory of 2011 and the 15th of his career. He was essentially unchallenged with a 10s lead for most of the last 30 laps and duly cruised into victory lane.

Keselowski was one of only two Cup regulars competing in the Chase to decide to do double duty this weekend; Carl Edwards was the other, and he finished the race in second place some 8.5s behind Keselowski, having lost the lead after running dry mid-race just before a scheduled pit stop.
