Nationwide - Fontana - Race results

Joey Logano won the Royal Purple 300 NASCAR Nationwide Series race at Auto Club Speedway, the eighth time in a row that a Joe Gibbs Racing driver has won at Fontana in the series.
Joey Logano won the 14th Royal Purple 300, his 10th victory in 92 NASCAR Nationwide Series races and his second victory and seventh top-10 finish in seven races at Auto Club Speedway, Fontana. Logano's first Nationwide victory came on October 10, 2010.

This is Joe Gibbs Racing's eighth consecutive victory in the series at
Auto Club Speedway.

Qualifying times

Joey Logano took pole position in qualifying earlier on Saturday afternoon with a lap of 40.227s (178.984 mph.) It's Logano's 18th pole in 92 NASCAR Nationwide Series races; he also won pole for last week's race at Bristol Motor Speedway.

This is Logano's third pole in seven races at Auto Club Speedway, the most recent being two years ago.
