Trucks: Iowa - Race results

Ryan Blaney claimed his maiden win in the Truck Series on just his third outing, surviving a series of late race restarts to clinch victory in the American Ethanol 200 at Iowa Speedway.
Ryan Blaney claimed his maiden win in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series in only his third start in the competition to become the youngest winner in the series' history at the age of 18-years-old. The previous holder of the record was Kyle Busch, who claimed his first Truck win in 2005 just 18 days after his 20th birthday.

By claiming second place in the Saturday night race at Iowa Speedway, rookie driver Ty Dillon took over the top of the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series championship standings by eight points over former leader Timothy Peters, after 15 of 22 races.

Earlier in the day, Ryan Blaney topped the first practice session with a lap of 22.970s (137.135 mph) ahead of Joey Coulter with Parker Kligerman heading the second session with a lap of 23.229s (135.606 mph), before Kligerman went on to claim his maiden pole position in 41 starts in the Camping World Truck Series with a lap of 22.908s (137.507 mph) which put him 0.053s up on Blaney in the time trials.
