I think it depended on what number you were running [in the order] and if you had a good run through when the mist was high you would set a quick time - like Gwyndaf and Stuart Jones did. We were running about half an hour further down the road and the mist came down then. It was dangerous at that point, but you have just got to drive through it.

Crash.net:
What have you learned most from 2007?

WH:
Just to keep my head under pressure. When we were leading everybody was expecting big things from us. But the key was not to let it get to us and just get to the end of the rallies and do our own thing.

Crash.net:
What has been the highlight for you? I assume it would be that third place on the Isle of Man?

WH:
Yeah, it is the longest rally in the championship, bar Wales Rally GB. It has been one of the hardest rallies for years and a lot of people have said it is one of the most difficult rallies to get to the end of because the conditions change there. It is 180 miles long, which is the second longest in the BRC. To finish third there was great.

Crash.net:
What are you plans now for 2008?

WH:
At the moment we are finalising a few deals so we can go back to do the BRC again next year. We are just hoping we can get a good run in 2008.

Crash.net:
Will it be with a Group N car again?

WH:
Yes, it will be with a Group N car. I don't know where to move from there to be honest. It is very difficult to go on from there - the expensive goes up and everything.

Crash.net:
Your co-driver, Alistair Mackay has gone to live on the other side of the world hasn't he? Does that mean you will be looking for a new co-driver?

WH:
I have put out that I am looking for a new co-driver assuming he doesn't come back. He doesn't know what his plans are for next year. But I will stay with him if I can.

Crash.net:
What are you going to be doing over Xmas?

WH:
Raising a budget to come back to do it next year I hope. It is very difficult to find money and just because it is Christmas it doesn't mean that we can waste time. We have got to get on with the job and get the best budget we can.

Crash.net:
Are things looking promising on that front?

WH:
We have got a few deals on the go and we are just hoping that we can get something signed before the Autosport Show. We want to launch it there. There is no better stage to launch a new sponsor than at the Autosport Show.
