Humphreys will be competing on the Ulster for just the second time and twelve months ago he arrived as BRC series leader and finished sixth despite completing the entire event without fifth gear.
A dry event would be ideal to help restore Wyn and Fagg's confidence and claim a good result, but this summer's weather and last weekend's flooding in the province make that unlikely, adding another line to the challenge of closed public roads.
Along with regular team-mate Mark Higgins, TEG's push for teams' points will be further boosted this weekend after Mitsubishi reject Phillip Morrow was drafted in for his home round driving a right-hand drive Subaru. Morrow's arrival means Humphreys and Fagg won't be nominated by the Atlas TEG Sport Rally Team to score team points this weekend.
