4 May 2009

Michael Dunlop scored his first ever hat-trick during the third round of the Duke Road Race Rankings Series at the 50th anniversary Tandragee 100 Road Races. With three impressive rides in the 125cc, 250cc and 600cc races, he also collected the coveted Man of the Meeting Award, and moves into second place in the rankings with 349 points to his credit.

The KMR Kawasaki rider claimed victory in the Open and Supertwins races whilst he backed this up with a close second in the feature Superbike race and third in the Supersport 600cc encounter, giving him a 207 points advantage over Michael Dunlop.

Keith Amor, winner of the feature Tandragee '100' race along with a brace of second places in the Open and Supersport 600cc races moves up five places in the table into third position, 282 points adrift of Farquhar.
Moving up two places to fourth is William Dunlop, had a troubled day at the Co Armagh course, suffering machine problems.

Despite two top six placings, Michael Pearson in his first season between the hedges, drops one position to fifth, whilst the leader after the opening round at Oliver's Mount, Daniel Frear slips to sixth, as John Burrows advances 14 places from 21st to 7th, with Olie Linsdell also climbing six positions to 10th in the table.
