Murray is a true Icon of motorsport and will certainly add to a great day and in fact a better choice could not have been found IMHO
Motorsport commentary has never been the same since Murray retired he is sadly missed.
I bet he enjoys the day as much as those hearing him commentate do,welcome back Murray, even if only for a short time.

The truth is Murray was rubbish but we loved him for his enthusiasm. He made US feel like the experts. As for his Dad, in addition to his TT victory, he was as much a pioneer of motorsports commentary as Raymond Baxter himself.
It sounds sad but I've still got the I.O.M TT sound cassettes. I listen to them when I need a blast of MV Augusta or Honda 4, and they are beautifully indespersed with Graham's evocative 'this is the BBC' tones. Check 'em out guys

O.K. Bless Murray, and in particular his Dad for their past exploits, but the T.T really needs to look forward, not hark back to the past, Quintessentially English and outsiders may not understand, we love people who make mistakes and fortunately or otherwise this is Murray but lets bring the T.T into the 21st Century PLEASE!
