It is a long time since any coverage was on the Beeb except when there is a rider injured or K....d
ITV4 all this week and next week at aprox 9pm each night

turner he could only have done 2 or 3 max session was red flagged due to heavy rain so not much time, itv had great slow mo cameras last year bit harsh slating bbc they cover nw200 which itv dont in otherwords only one broadcaster is allowed to cover each event

Turnip - Simon Andrews' 99 mph is pretty good for a rookie and right where he needs to be. It would be a bit of a worry if it was much faster - a lot to learn. He will only get faster as the week goes on.

@aspinock At 9pm tonight, (10pm ITV4+1), there is "Murray Walker's TT memories". Despite the years spent commentating on F1, his first love has always been motorcycles and this is a well informed documentary that will be a fitting prelude to the racing. I hope the BBC will be covering the TT again but the fiasco of this year's NW200 won't have helped matters if they'd intended any live ooverage. Can't see why they shouldn't show recorded highlights at the very least though.
