RR » McGuinness 'proud' of Endurance World series effort

'It's a fantastic achievement for us all really. We've worked well together, we've travelled the world together, we've had success at North West and the TT and we've done ourselves proud in endurance' - John McGuinness

A very clever move indeed! While road racers are usually a bit behind in terms of sheer speed in circuit racing, they have all what it takes to succeed in endurance, where speed is a bit less important than keeping a high average pace without binning it, exactly like in RR, although we're seeing the top guns riding faster and faster every year in Endurance racing. It will be very interesting to see if they can up their pace a bit next year, with one more season under their belts, and have a shot at the world title against the French specialists.
