Thanks Ryan, massive thanks for all the pleasure & excitement over the years, hope KMR works out fine and we can continue to see your immaculately prepared machines out on the circuits.

"Emotional as it was, we don't get to see many of our Road Racing heroes go out like this: well done Ryan. " more is the pity that we don't , sadly too many of them have an abrupt exit

Since living in Thailand 6 years now, ive missed a lot of live racing, Crash.net and Youtube have given me what ive missed, Thai TV leaves a lot to be desired,at the start of this year i found Irish Road Racing on the tube, ive followed bike racing for 45 years, but never went to the TT or Ireland, many WSB in europe and FI before WSB, We lost Joey in a very sad way, and Ryan has made a wise decision to retire now, Thanks for all the brilliant races Ryan...

I met Ryan on 2 seperate occasions in the 90's on visits to Ireland and IOM to watch and compete . Class act , an attentive listener , thoughtful answers , brilliantly talented racer . The name Farquhar is as linked to road racing as Dunlop . I am relieved he has ended his stellar career by retiring , rather than by a sudden unforgiving stop . It's been a real pleasure watching you race over the years Ryan , all the best for the rest of your life , i wish you continued success in your future endevours .
