Can't deny Dunlops speed but i don't think that gives him the right to deride others achievements, those slow twins can lap at 115mph ! As for “The only race that matters is a big bike win at the TT - that's how you're remembered.”
I can remember quite a few great road racers that never won a big bike TT Did Raymond McCullough even go to the island ?

A lot of postings on Michael Dunlops size and weight etc and all i will say he is a very good road racer and now given the Honda contract i hope he is in the gym over the winter months . I believe a fit Dunlop can win one if not two of the big classes at the TT.
John McPint will be cover every angle of preparations to defend his position on the island as he wants to break Joeys record. Michael take note.

jeffries was'n nick'd "big dave" for being the runt of the litter. fast as greased ar5eholes he was. newton law #1. the island and the roads is one of the few places in a world governed by physics that size can be tweaked to advantage.

Michael Dunlop is a great addition to any team. His grasp of generating headlines is on a parallel to Guy Martin. It draws attention to him and his team, which is exactly what attracts sponsors. Like many others here, at first I thought him a loud-mouth who just spoke his mind and verged on arrogance, but for a youngster he is already performing like a veteran. As for fat, he has a wide chubby face upon which many judge him, yet he is fit and full of energy. He also has an incredible work ethic, and as his professional racing life becomes more busy, more demanding, he will become more toned. We forget how young he is.
William is the quiet one, less adept at creating his own public persona, but on a good bike he can be guarranteed to uphold the family name in any class and in any company..

Good pure road racer - but spends too much time satisfying his fans with attempts at getting his knee down in a gutter or his back against a five barred gate, or doing short cuts through someones back garden. Gets a bit tiresome (excuse the bad pun)

I believe William Young's comment to be out of order .Michael Dunlop said racing won't be the same in response to Ryan announcing his retirement. Michael's stance on supertwin is his own business.
