Michael needs to employ a good manager just like his uncle Joey had instead of being greedy and wanting to keep everything for himself.
He will be a loss if he doesn't race next year and he will never be the same and could get badly injured trying too hard.

I agree this doesnt add up, he can't have been short of offers, he's probably the hottest property in road racing right now, on and arguably off the track with his surname.

I think he's just holding out for more money etc, he'll be there come the summer....

Michael appears to be happiest working on his own and doing everything himself. I have witnessed that in his awning, where he is perpetual motion and non-stop busy. One might even say "hyper-active".
In an interview a little while ago, his brother William was reported as saying " Michael has his problems". This says to me that there is more to Michael than meets the eye and maybe his inner self is affecting his judgement.

Michael wants the support but no other influence from his backers. No-one in their right mind is going to do that for him.
He should be out racing to prevent McGuiness from taking his uncle's TT record. Petulent little man. He shows no respect for people who have put so much into road racing.
And he's had plenty of help previously from handing out the buckets for money at Road Races. Sod him.

Money isn't the issue, Michael has grown up alot lately, the TT is a very dangerous place and finding your bike deliberately under powered when you are risking your neck is an eye opener to say the least.

That he hasn't spoken publicly has shown how much he has matured, but hey he got abuse from armchair racers here when he spoke openly and now he keeps quiet its the same individuals slating him again.

This is why he wants his own setup 131.220mph on the md racing superstock bike the factory legends bike proved alot slower that friday.
