It's reported elsewhere that he is going to be riding a BMW. I thought Milwaukee had pulled out of the TT due to the new regs making the Yam less competitive in any case...much to the disappointment of Brooksie i would imagine

Disappointed all round by this. Now we have 3 riders caught up in corporate political games and they've all lost out.
The TT should beware of slipping backwards into the racing shadows if top names cannot compete. Also the news that the paddock and pit lane are to be controlled by Jobsworths is another negative.
Just a few more reasons why I dont bother with the TT but love the Classics at the Manx GP - oops Classic TT.
Anyway if Michael Dunlop is doing 125 mph laps on a Suzuki XR69 replica at The Manx is there much difference in watching a 130 mph TT lap ?

They have been very specific. There's no room for mis-interpretation. They have left themselves no get-out provisions. It won't happen.
However, what they don't say is whether or not they had previously investigated that scenario.

Greavesit--- not a prima dona just the best rider on the roads at the moment (and at only 24 years old) and the quickest on the '24hr' team on new tracks. Why shouldn't he ask for the best package? He's the guy who is risking his neck. I think the issue with honda will come out in the wash but when your private superstock bike is quicker than the bike you have been given for the senior TT there has to be something wrong. Also honda supplied him with a heap of crap to ride at the UGP, one of the races he never even got off the line!! Michael wants to win not just please armchair racers!!!! Do you get my drift!!!!
