I had a chat with Hutchy at the NW200 and suggested that he keep his leg away from the cold (it was cold, wet and windy all week) because when cold gets into an injury the ache can be all-consuming. He was obviously in permanent pain and limping badly but put on an amazing performance in the races. His talent will still be there when he returns to racing, but in the meantime ge needs to give the leg an easy time and not try to rush the healing process.
He's a good bloke and a great rider and I hope for him to have a full and lasting recovery.
