As widely expected, Philip and Hector Neill's Tyco TAS Suzuki team has announced that Guy Martin will race with them for a second season in 2012.
Martin will join Conor Cummins in the team to contest the TT, North West 200 and Ulster Grand Prix along with other selected events.
That gives the Northern Irish team the two most popular road racers never to have won an Isle of Man TT, with 30 year-old Martin having claimed 13 podiums from eight years at the island and 25 year-old Cummins with three podiums, having had his promising career interrupted by his horrendous accident at the Verandah in 2010.
Martin had an injury-free 2011 season and Cummins says he is now fully fit, so the chances of seeing Tyco Suzuki take a win in 2012 look better than they have since Cameron Donald and Bruce Anstey rode in the Relentless Suzuki by TAS livery in 2008.
