Hmm, not so sure about this...
To be successful at the TT you need to know the course inside and out.
I think you'd find that as the series travelled around the globe, the locals riders would always dominate the home round.
It's not like a 2 mile short circuit with 16 corners, track knowledge is absolutely vital.
Unless you had a practice/testing program giving the riders 3 days to try and learn the circuit, I just don't see it working.
Sorry to be negative, but just being realistic.
Maybe if they capped other routes at 10miles (16km)and had the TT as the final event with double points?
