".....Personal injury claims and claims for minor falls and accidents at road races". Who is making these claims? I thought racers (whether novice or professional) competed at their own risk and would have their own insurance....Also I am puzzled by the Ulster GP being the only race which can charge an entry fee. I went to the Athea Races in Co Kerry 2 years ago or so and there was a hefty entry fee, about 15Euro per person
