The most powerful part of your motorcycle is not the engine - it's the brakes. That's a fact! Consider this - A GSXR 1000 can do a standing quarter mile in 10.8 seconds with a terminal speed of 138mph - the brakes can do the same amount of work, but in reverse, in just 6.8 seconds - and by fitting HEL Performance Stainless Steel Brake Lines you can make them even more powerful.

"What a result for HEL Performance. Sponsoring a Race Day at the Manx Grand Prix this year is a dream come true.

'We all know it comes down to pounds, shillings and pence but the opportunity to sponsor a race day could not be missed by our company,' Said Simon Lane, HEL Performance MD.

'We had been in negotiations with the TT this year, but really wanted the Manx - It just seemed to fit our profile better.

Less of the razzmatazz of the 'other' race on the island and the opportunity to get in front of 30,000 real racing fans, it's just a great opportunity for us.'

HEL Performance will sponsor the opening Race Day of the 2009 Manx Grand Prix on Monday 31st August, with the first event away being the Newcomers Race and the Post Classic Race commencing at 10.15am, followed by the Junior / Lightweight Classic Race at 1.15pm, both races over four laps of the Snaefell Mountain Course, 150.92 miles.
