Fourteen times Sidecar TT winner Dave Molyneux with his 2010 passenger Patrick Farrance is a 'last minute' entry in the opening road race of the season, The Ian Watson Spring Cup, at Oliver's Mount Scarborough on Sunday 18th April.

Manxman Moly is no stranger to the North Yorkshire venue, having previously taken 12 chequered flags and setting 16 fastest laps between 1993 and 2002.

With Ian Bell also making a return to the unique public closed road course after a break of six years the rivalry between the Northumbrian and the Manxie will be electric, both being victorious as Sidecar Champions at the prestigious Southern 100 International Road Races, where Bell is the current champion and Molyneux holds the record with 15 victories to his credit.

With entries over subscribed in all classes, the Ian Watson Spring Cup National Road Races, the opening round of the Duke Road Race Rankings Championship for 2010 close exciting racing is guaranteed around the 2.43-mile course.

Practice commences at 8.30am, with Qualifying between 10.00am and 11.30am, with the first of 15 races getting underway at 12.30pm.
