Ryan Farquhar continued his dominance of the 2009 road racing season, once again achieving a treble at the Country Crest Killalane National Road Races, the penultimate round of the Duke Road Race Rankings Series.

Not content with collecting another three laurel wreaths, he broke Joey Dunlop's long-standing record of 119 national road race victories during the event and increased his tally to 121 wins 'between the hedges'.

With the weather set fair, some excellent racing was witnessed with the spoils of victory being shared between the Dungannon Flyer, the Dunlop brothers, Michael and William and in his d?but season on the roads, Michael Pearson.
