The calendar for the 2014 World Endurance Championship has been tweaked following a meeting of the FIA's Endurance Commission.

In the major change to the schedule previously announced, the race in Brazil has been moved from its date in August to the end of the year - meaning the Sao Paulo race will now take the role of season finale.

The decision came at the request of the event promoter to give more time to promote the event following the football World Cup, and because the circuit is now unavailable on the original date as preparations will be underway on getting the venue ready for the Brazilian Grand Prix.
