Frederic Vervisch has joined the Audi-powered I.S.R. Racing team for the upcoming Blancpain Endurance Series, co-driving along with Marco Bonanomi and Filip Salaquarda in this season's Pro Cup class.

The Belgium driver has spent the past two season competing in BES for Boutsen Ginion, notching up a Pro-Am victory in the 2013 Le Castellet round. The 28-year-old began car racing in the Formula Renault series before graduating to German F3 when he secured the drivers' championship in 2008, before switching to GT racing.

"It was my aim to race in a highly professional context this year, and when I was introduced to the ISR Racing squad, I was immediately convinced," Vervisch said, who also has an Asia F3 title to his name. "To be able to compete alongside two quick team-mates like Marco and Filip is a good thing to look forward to, I am sure we can have a go at some good results."
