Former F1 driver Will Stevens will dovetail his maiden FIA World Endurance Championship campaign with a debut in the Blancpain GT sprint and endurance series, after the official entry was released.

After losing out to Indonesian driver Rio Haryanto for a race seat at Manor Racing in F1 this year, Stevens has switched to the WEC with the newly-formed Manor squad - headed by Graeme Lowdon and John Booth - in the LMP2 class.

The British driver will combine his rookie year in WEC with a first campaign in the Blancpain GT series with Belgian Audi Club Team WRT. In the Blancpain GT series sprint cup Stevens will team up with factory Audi driver Rene Rast in the Audi R8 LMS, while he has also been named on the endurance entry list albeit without co-drivers.

Due to clashes between calendars Stevens has been forced to skip one sprint round (his home event at Brands Hatch) and one endurance event (Nurburgring).
