I think Kris Meeke should be given a chance.

Gronholm would be the ideal choice - if he is prepared to come out of retirement. If he is maybe Ford should put him back alongside Mikko too and then transfer Jari back to the Stobart team for a few events, so he can re-build his confidence following his problems in G/y and Finland. With Citroen now in the lead in the manufacturers'' Ford must surely consider it??

Duval would be a good choice. he has been very fast and consistant on all of his Stobbard outings so far. He is not an asphalt-only driver. He has won in Australia...He seems to have grown up and definetely deserves another chance in a works WRC. It will probably be Gronholm though, maybe Latvala if Gronholm goes to BP. Maybe they will need a funded driver

it would be nice to see kris meeke get a shot, but i think common sense would rule here if ford want to get back control of the manufacturers championship,so they should ask gronholm back and put latvala back into the stobbart team just to take the pressure of him.

I think its important that we have aspiring brits in the WRC, either or both Meeke and Wilks, but I also think that Stobart are looking for a driver that would be able to fight for a top 5 position. No dissrespect to either, but I think Meeke/Wilks would be top 8 rather than top 5. I cant see Marcus coming out of retirement but It would be awesome if he did, Carlos did it for Citroen a while ago. I think its more than likely going to be Duval, but I guess we will know in the next day or two.

It would be beyond excellent if Marcus Grönholm were to come out of retirement, but I'm pretty sure he won't. (My Finnish is very poor, but I saw something on mtv3.fi that seemed to say that Marcus had said he wouldn't be doing it).

Manfred Stohl was driving for Henning Solberg's gravel crew this weekend, and is absolutely desperate for a drive, so he's an option. I don't know that he'd get a good enough result, though.
