Well done Petter for getting there and a good drive, just goes to show:-
1)how slow Matthew Wilson is in a more modern car... how long can the excuses of learning continue?
2) how easy to drive the citroens are (even a 2 yr old model), bet he would have struggled to get 6th in the scoobie.

sadly i think the gravel rallies will show the age of the car but at least Petter is still racing

I have to agree with Hawth! Matthew Wilson and Malcom need to step up or step aside... This is supposed to be his 4th year of a 4 year plan and still the results aren't there!

Petter did drive well, for a car that started out life back in 2001/2002! Yes it's an old active car! Active cars are much easier to get to grips with straight away, than the current cars! Although I feel he will struggle as the year goes on!

IF he was in a subaru would he have been any further up the field! Yes I think he would have been! If Marcus had made a return for Subaru, he'd have been fighting for the win! Sadly we'll never know!

RA, i understood that the xsara was a three old car. however if it is a six/seven year old car, then the drive was even more impressive. he beat other works cars. petter also seems to me more relaxed. citroen would be very stupid if they did not provide him with a C4 immediately, even if last years model.i have never been a fan of petters, but i am now seeing him in a different light.

It was an 06 spec car.
