Loeb braced for repeat of Turkey tactics in NZ

"It's fantastic to have won here again in Trier where French spectators always turn out in big numbers. It's also a positive result for us in the Drivers' championship because it means we have recovered the lead, so we have plenty of reasons to be delighted with our weekend!"

As for if this was the easiest of his wins in Germany - he eventually won by over 40 seconds - the Citroen star wasn't sure, but he did concede that the stable weather conditions were a big plus.

"This question comes back every time. It is difficult to tell. It is true that it went well from the very beginning. Fortunately, we didn't have too much rain, which made it a little bit easier," he summed-up. "I found my rhythm quite quickly and early on, I took some risks. But it was a battle throughout the weekend."

yes, seb. it would not be nice if ford resort to their tricks, technically legal or not. lets have a fair fight. in previous years, "sweepers" were sent out before the main contenders. can this system not be reinstated???
