Gregorio Lavilla took the first steps towards his 2008 World Superbike return, with Paul Bird Motorsport, during a three day test session at Jerez in Spain.

Simon, I wondered as well but I could only find 'vague' but most interesting comparisons ...and that was from the official jerez website :-
In that site, it's under 'circuit de jerz' and 'records.'

Motogp Jerez race times this year were 1.40's to high 1.41's



Lanzi being the pace setter in the wsbk Jerez test I dare say this isn't a true indication of how fast WSBK can go round jerez for 08.
