Now then Tom DONT blow it . One year does not a title make! First year learn the tracks then get a two year contract. Win the title in third year and replace Mr Toseland the folowing year....... Easy! Now then who shall we have at Rizla wheres Mr Ellisons number?

WELL DONE TOM!. Like almost everyone else I am very please for him, he could do with having a more experienced team mate, how about Colin Edwards back from Motogp, now that would be a great team.

Brilliant news and well deserved....Tom is a great character and is full of confidence at the mo so it couldn't come at a better time.
Just shows how much talent is coming thro'the UK racing series now and the International teams are at last taking notice....and unlike Spies he won't be holding out for a huge paycheck cos he knows he's got to prove himself first. Maybe Spies should come to Rizla in BSB and get a reality check!

Sykes a 'tart'? What about the man he's replacing, Haga? Has never shown any loyalty whatsoever. Jumped ship to wherever suits him his whole career.

SO glad it's Tom and not Haslam who has peaked and will never be any better than he is now. Similarly hope that Rea, Crutchlow and Camier can move on to fulfill their potential.

Amazing, a story about Sykes getting a ride in World Supers and someone still manages to launch an attack on Haslam! Unbelievable!

MD, Haga hasn't shown any loyalty? Where's that come from? He entered WSBK with Yamaha, moved to 500 GP's with Yamaha in 2001 and wasn't retained by them i.e. yamaha didn't want him. 2002 he was with Aprillia in WSBK, 2003 with Aprillia in Moto GP and in 2004 with renegade ducati in WSBK. Since 2005 he has remained with Yamaha, until now of course with him going to Xerox Ducati. He didn't jump ship with Yamaha he was pushed - now with him going to Xerox he is returning the favour.

Well chuffed for Sykes though, he may be moving a lot, but he is moving up instead of stagnating in one series for to long (see Haslam). Get your chin in there!!!!!

Haga no loyality!

It's one of the biggest travesties that Yamaha didn't give him an M1, he had been on four strokes for the last few ye****

It's about time Haga gets the WSB title he deserves and it will be next year.

Anyway fantastic news for the Grinner and Britsh racing!

Sick Cylinder,

I'm pretty sure Biaggi wont be with the Sterilgarda team next year, I have a few friends in the team and on Thursday last week they were looking at taking Sykes last themselves, only on Saturday did they learn that he was off to Yamaha Italia.

One of the Sterilgarda seats will be going to Alex Polita (The Superstock rider) and the other possibly to Leon Haslam.

Biaggi will probably end up at Aprilia or with no ride whatsoever becuase he is so difficult to work with...
