Second seat will probabaly be going to Alex Hoffman, as he knows the bike pretty well. at least from a development standpoint they would benefit from him. Next question is, who fills both the vacant spots at the Sterilgarde team for next year???

5 new teams in 6 years (with one of those years inactive)? Try to stay with this outfit a bit longer, Max, and you might have a shot at another World Championship.

Although I have to admit first fo all that Max has never been a favourite rider of mine over the years his presence in WSBK most definitely adds to the quality of the series no matter which way you look at it. I also like the fact we hear very little at all of the negative type of comments that were at one time quite common from him in fact his personality to me now seems much more interesting.

Excellent to see Aprilia back in the series and also very interesting to see the V4 configuration making its way back into a high end Superbike. I wish them the very best of luck and look forward to a very interesting 2009 season.

MotoGP-unrestricted 990's again minus traction control please!!!!
