Jeff says "it should have a few exciting races and reignite WSBK as it was getting a little old and dull"
I say,are you having a fecking joke or what lol? Do you watch WSB on a regular basis? If you did (and i'm not having a go even if it sounds like i am) then your opinion might be somewhat different. Did you watch the last round with Nori racing Biaggi and then racing Troy Bayliss in the next race. How about the Monza races? 0.058 was the margin in the first race and 0.009 was the margin in the 2nd. There 30 or more bikes on the grid depending on wild cards, not to mention how may there will be next year. IMHO WSB is where it is at entertainment-wise, can't wait till next year..even better

What a shame...
Having a chance to sign up with the most talented rider on the market, and then resigning Loris? What''s wrong with Rizla Suzuki? Too bad that Kevin Schwantz still didn''t decide to run a satellite Suzuki Moto GP Team. I just think it''s sad that there''s no room for "Elbowz" with the big boys. Rossi needs company...
On the other hand, that''s big news for SBK-Haga on 1098, Biaggi on Aprilia,Troy and Xaus on BMW, it''s gonna be a season to remember...

I'm glad to see Spies headed to Yamaha in WSBK. I think this first year will be a learning year, maybe two. The competition is so evenly matched there. Spies had the benefit of being on Yosh Suzuki team in US. They spend tripple what the other teams do. They've also been caught cheating. Only this year have they been subject to any inspections/fines. The old AMA let it slide as it was good for bussiness. If he hadn't been on the Suzuki, we may never have seen him move along. The new R-1 may be the top dog this coming year to boot. If everyone plays by the rules it will be interesting to see. Honestly, Ducati shouldn't be allowed to run a 1200 again. It's obvious it has more power a 1000

Mladin raced 500 GPs in 1993 at the age of 21 and finshed in the top 10 in all 6 races he completed with a best of 6th.This was with a uncompetative Cagivia in a deep field that included Rainey ,Doohan ,Schwantz,Cadalora,Beaty,Chandler and Kocinski.

Mladin was beaten by Bayliss in Laguna seca in 2002, he was spanked by Hayden, run over by Spies and all three riders mentioned were all whipped by Rossi and company. Mladin is no Troy Bayliss! If Mladin had any balls to prove he was the best he would have ridden in WSBK with Suzuki.
