Ezpeleta has turned MotoGP into a circus and has been in decline for that past 5 years. SBK has been on the incline over this period as Flammini knew what the die hard fans, riders wanted from a sport. I guess the clown like antics could only go too far before the sport when into a spin.

DORNA have shown favour to 1 or maybe 2 riders with its GOAT and the REPSOL golden boy. The manufacturers have had enough and are looking at greener pastures and World Supers is where the grass is lush and green and not full of weeds.

I wonder how long it will be until those Rossi sheep fans get tired of weeds and move over to lush Buffalo. :)

Congrats to Flammini, i remember when he decided to go with 1 tyre
and was so criticized, but he was right.
As he said: low costs, competition and good, stable rules are the
recipe to success.

yes that is a good point ze about the tyre. still not 100% it was right at the time. but right now it probably does help alot.

would love to see a MV team added to the list(would just be great to see a works MV), with a bit better coverage then WSBK would be back to the great old days of the late 90s

Cant wait for the new season

Also KTM Brendan. Yes, this year looks great.
And the tire rule was perfect for sbk, before that only the michelin guys used to fight with each other..

The guy must feeling pretty smug at the mo, and deservingly so!

Ezpeleta must be looking over the fence and raging....what's the difference between the 2? Flammini understands motorcycle racing, what the participants and spectators want, Ezpeleta on the other hand has no passionate interest in motorcycle racing as a sport, nor does he care about those involved either side of the track fence....his and his associates primary interest is only in using it as a vehicle for generating money.....in the process they're ******* it up.....his place is in the car racing world he admires so much, not ours!

This is great news but the overall majority of American WSBK race fans (I think there are 20 of us) will not be able to see one race next season. The great American race channel SpeedTV loves to show the races either at 2pm on a Tuesday when the 20 of us are working or 4am Wednesday morning when we are sleeping. Which is perfect timing, I mean god for bid they didn''t show another episode of Pinks. Alternately, I would like to watch the replay of the race at WSBK.com, but I can''t do that either. The geniuses block the IP address for every American internet service provider. Here is an idea, jump over to motogp.com, AND DO WHAT THEY ARE DOING SO I CAN WATCH THE RACES.

It seems they will be 33 riders at the starting Grid : as NIETO - following spanish press - has finalized to race with a third bike in the ALSTARE Suzuki team.

Great field but....

I've always watched WSBK on Speed on Sundays. They do have replays and 1st views of world SS, GP125, AMA Superstock, Supersport and FX on Tuesdays which I DVR.

The announcers suck but there is total coverage.

Maybe I am spoiled how perfect of a job Dorna has done on MotoGP.com. I would like to be able to watch the races online either live or archived. As for the DVR: the Tivo guide will list everything that has to do with motorcycle racing as "motorcycle racing" and will include SuperMX and a few other forms of racing that I don't care to watch.

My main gripe is that I can't watch any video on WorldSBK.com here in the States. Other than that I look forward to the season and hope Nori finally gets his world championsip.

Great field but<--- Just ask some friend who have good knowledge about LAN/IP, he will tell you how to cheat with your IP to watch streams live from US on worldsbkdotcom.
