"Zemke best of the rest in AMA".... meaning he's mid pack in any competitive championship. The zx10 may have won the south african championship and podiumed in AMA but at the sharp end it just doesn't cut it i'm afraid and Lanzi and Rolfo have got to be the 2 biggestg wastes of good rides i've ever seen! Why would anyone give them the ride? Anyway back to the point... I think it's a good choice as a stand in, local knowledge of a track and the home crowd behind him i'll be expecting a better performance than zemke's (taking into account the competitiveness of the bikes)

Hopefully he does well and Kawasaki get rid of Tamada.. Dunno whats going on there but Parkes has made him look very second rate.

Oh That's right. Lance Isaacs was Ben Bostroms team mate in 2000.

I think Sheridan was the only Kawasaki rider to get any podiums in any noteworthy championship last year. 2nd at Brands as a stand in rider.

Jonnie Ekerold!! What ever happened to him. I saw him race in Germany in 1998 on a factory Kawasaki. I think his team mate that year was the German veteran Jochem Schmidt. He showed some amazing potential that year. I think Ruban Xuas and Gregorio Lavilla were in that Championship and he was certainly comparable to both of them. Haven't heard or seen anyhing since.
