I've said it before. I can't see Ben going to MotoGP. It's only logical. Why go to a series where the machinery determines the running order? A boring series at that!

World Superbikes, bar none, is the best to watch, with the best real world riders on the best production based machines.

If you want MotoGP to shine brighter than WSBK, take their traction control down a few notches and bring back the 990 displacement. You know, it's a pleasure to delete the MotoGP races off my DVR these days.

Spies is intelligent and if the logic is clear enough, he'll stay right where he is with Yamaha.

And, thank you, Ben. We are witnessing something beautiful with your skills.

This interview was terrible. Whoever your journo is needs to be shot, the more Ben sat quiet the more he babbled on ruining his questions. Its like he was scared of Ben. I actual was embarrassed hearing.

I think that he will be forming his own team with his own crew chief and his own mechanics and the bike he might campaign for next year's race would be on a Suzuki run by an all-american team.

I think Spies has a way to go before you can expect him to be on top in a motogp season, dont forget what a prospect hayden (dont tell me he was world champ bayliss led for more laps in one race than hayden did in the whole season also rossi handed him the title) and toseland were and how they turned out,
plus with the one bike rule i cant see why factory teams wouldnt run 3 bikes next year, which would probably see more satelite rides open up, also the best talent off contract next year is casey stoner and im sure he would be a higher priority to manufactures than spies

The 1 bike rule is already history, not gonna happen.

Spies will go to MotoGP next year, he has nothing to prove in WSBK.

I say Tech3 with full support from Yamaha (like Elias with Honda).

You honeslty think Spies would move to a bike not capable of wining Races?

MotoGP is far too political and far too dominated by he who has the most sponsorship.

As for Rider quaility MotoGP vs WSB there is nothing between them and if you think their is you are bunch of dumbarses.

yes of course rossi lorenzo and stoner are only the equal of wsbk, i suppose thats why wsbk's best ever troy bayliss could only win one motogp race in over three years and is the only wsbk rider in the modern era to win a gp (btw am a massive fan of bayliss but that is the truth) and i dont think spies has much of a choice for next year as the only satelite bike that could win a race is the tech 3 yamaha, and he isnt allowed a factory ride except suzuki which cant win either

Spies is too good for WSBK and needs to move on to motoGP next year. If/when he wins this years title he will have nothing to prove but plenty to loose by staying there.

Not sure how he'd fit in to Yamaha's plans though as there is surely no reason to give him extra factory support on the Tech3 when they already have the 2 best riders on the grid. Suzuki could be a good option for him as he has to be the only rider around that could actually do something with their bike!

Re, What am I smoking.
Rawdawg Spies needs to be on a factory bike. Or would you like to see him as an also ran. True the rules at the moment state no rookies on factory bikes but 2011? Moto 2 bikes are as fast as 1000cc bikes with resent tests and will only get quicker. So why not see Spies take the first crown? Rossi will not stay for much longer leaving Lorenzo as number one team rider room for Spies.
Smoke some of this.

Honda employ Ben and change rules so riders over 70kg can use 990cc machines.
