You have got to be ****ting me right . Let me get this right . A washed up nearly 40 year old has one good ride on a track that he has done thousands of laps now he wants someone to give him a full factory WSBK ride . I am sure Yamaha Italy will fire a certain Mr Spies if he asks nicely . Why stop there Jamie how about a MotoGP ride ? Get Vale to go to F1 and you can get yourselve a ride on a nice shiny Fiat sponsored M1 .

er.. did i watch another race at Donny and misano? 4 no scores for hacking and 1 14th for parkes, Tamada and Parkes can do this themselves. Hacking did well in the states but he had a massive track advantage so all though they were good rides it swayed the result alittle. He also made some serious bone head moves including punting his own teammate off the track!! To keen to impress i feel

Hacking IS a good rider... but, like most people, I felt his performances at Misano & Donington actually HURT his chances of getting a full time gig. I believe he's talented enough, too, but this may have been his only opportunity--which is a shame.

Give 'em a break, you can't blame the guy for trying! If he doesn't promote himself and test the waters, who will do it for him? As for his Miller ride giving Kawasaki their best finish this season to date, just how much seat time do you think he had on the WSBK-Kawwie?

Also, as I recall Donington got the better of a lot of riders in the second race - some of the best. The fact that the Hacker is in the same league as the other K-riders says a lot, given his lack of WSBK experience.

First off who ever said 37 was washed up? HOW MANY RIDERS OVER 30 ARE ON THE GRID NOW???? So i guess Haga, Biaggi and Lavilla are all washed up??? Age is a number and Hacking is the BEST ZX10 rider out there. Hes a multiple time champion and knows the bike better then anyone.

Kawasaki wont care about his age they want to WIN and if hes the best on their bike then so be it.

Im sure he will do much better then Tamada!

In Misano's wet race 1 he showed that he can be competitive. He was in the top 6 on an uncompetitive bike before riders in front of him started to pit and switch bikes. A wet track is a great equalizer and shows the talent of the riders rather than the quality of their equipment. The Kawasaki appears woeful.

I am a Hacking fan (hard not to be if youve actually watched his races the last few years!) but also a realist. Did he set the world on fire in his WSBK forays? No! But he did give Kawi the best finish they have seen in a while in this series. I think some people were expecting more from him based on Spies marauding ways on the WSBK tracks. Spies is another story. Hacking has great physical fitness, great race craft and he knows how to develop a bike. Has he done enough to warrant a ride in this series, especially in the volatile climate in MotoGP and Moto2 right now? I think so. Likely not a factory ride, but as we have seen a privateer bike has been on many a podium this year! Go hacker!

Bladeboy says: "now he wants someone to give him a full factory WSBK ride"...

Hey Bladeboy, how about you give the bong a break long enough to actually read the article, or does "open to any offers" now mean full factory ride at a minimum?

If he can ride a bike as well as any privateer, he deserves to be looked at.

He's publically communicating his desire... squeaky wheel gets the grease.

Go get 'em hacker!

When Hacking rode for yamaha in SSTK 1000s he used to qualify and lap very close times to the Superbikes.

Now, remember that Mladin and later Mladin/Spies pretty much dominated the Superbike class. He ain't no slouch but that bike needs some mayor development.
