Regardless who wins this championship, Spies or Haga, my thanks to both of them for making this one of the most exciting WSBK seasons ever, they both deserve to win.

I've been a Haga fan since his days on the R7 and I'd love to see him win it, but the truth is I also like Spies' style, all elbows and knees, and he seems a genuine guy. Good luck to them both.

Perfect scenario would be a Spies-Haga 1-2 in the first race, leaving us with a straight shootout for the title in race 2.

This is the most outstanding and thrilling season for me ever. I would love to seem them on the top step of the podium both!!! What a shame that it is not possible even theoretically. We couldn't have hoped for a better finale and I cannot wait till the next weekend. But in the end, I think it will be Ben who has the edge over Nori.

I'd like to make a suggestion for all fans of both riders.

Over the next couple of weeks....in the run up to the most anticipated WSB weekend in age....if we haven't got anything nice to say...can we just STFU?

Let's enjoy the run in and give respect to the riders and their supporters.

In 3 weeks time there will be no more WSB for a few months and that's going to be horrible...

In the meantime, it's gonna be awesome people so let's just soak it all up and make the most of it :)

Go #41!

"labelling Haga one of the greatest World Superbike racers of all time".

Oh No! I think not!!! :? Purrrleeze give me a break!

How many championships as Haga actually ever won? Nil! Zip! Nada! Didley Squat! Jack Sh1t...etc.

Haga has always been the whooping boy to Bayliss, Edwards, Hodgeson,Toseland, etc. And now he's even struggling to beat a rookie who has never seen most of the tracks before. If Hage does win it, he will never be considered a proper champion, just someone who got lucky against relatively weak competition. :?

I beg to differ Gizza. To anyone (other than a troll) that actually watched the last decade of WSBK and posesses minimal cognitive ability, it is apparent that barring "THE" worst luck Haga would have a minimum of 2 titles to show for all those stellar seasons.

I thank both Ben and Nori for demonstrating that real racing is still possible in this era of high speed parades.

BTW, a special thanks to Biagi for adding a bit of spice to the season...ing.

Did Haga lose one title early on because they suspended him for taking a natural Chinese herb for weight loss?

It wasn't natural or a herb, but was a normal component in over the counter cold medication (or weight loss product in his case). Unfortunately it's on the banned drug list.
