Spies doesn't need a works bike to beat JT. He's 3-0 against him on a slug Suzuki!!! :-o :-o

I am used to James going rock & roll in the superbikes so I hope he will pick up where he left a couple of seasons ago. GO JAMES! :)

It will be a new kind of thrill for me to see JT and Spies riding against each other in Valencia. even just thinking of it makes my heart go faster. i'm wondering if that brings certain things to their mind before the race. :p

you can rest assured that spies will have the best of everything and jt will have to make do with all the secondhand stuff again as he did in malaysia. think about it, tech 3 would not contemplate jt beating spies at valencia. i would'nt put it past yamaha to give spies a works bike.

Spies will have a works bike @ Valencia , a 2009/10 hybrid development bike , this was mentioned weeks ago.

Talent that gets you to the top of 2 championships on 2 different bikes does not evaporate, I can see next years championship being one of the best yet. The Assen races in 2007 Toseland v Bayliss were some of the best to watch and although the series has lost a great rookie champion Toseland I believe is a worthy replacement and a known entity in WSB for Yamaha to bank on a championship challenge. Aside from this it seems Haga always needs a worthy foil to push him and bring his best out and we have seen before Toesland can deliver that.

regarding Spies' bike at Valencia, I heard on Eurosport commentary that he could potentially have all 5 engines at his disposal for the one race. you can bet that the wick will be turned up to 11 in that garage!
