Apart from the (admittedly crucial) championship standings aspect, this ROTY result is difficult to argue against. Well done Tom Sykes on a superb season... and good luck for one better next year...

Whatever this pole & the TS knockers says the championship is about accumulating points and whatever you say about Tom he was beaten to the championship by 1/2 point and he didn't achieve that by riding badly.I don't hear anyone knocking the other Brit riders who failed to overtake TS in the championship. I love all racing on two wheels and everyone who lines up on the grid deserves support.
Bring on the new season.
